The Site is the showcase website of HORRA. The music broadcasting application accessible at https://app.horra.music, hereinafter the "Application", is published by the same company.

HORRA operates a professional B2B SaaS service for managed music broadcasting (sound ambiance, audio messages and jingles) intended for professional venues such as restaurants, hotels, retail outlets, spas and gyms.

The publication director of the Site is Mr Amir Laieb, in his capacity as president of the company HORRA. The general management of the company is carried out by Mr Manoel Hellio.

The audio files and media associated with the service are stored on object storage solutions (Cloudflare R2 and/or Amazon S3). The back-end application infrastructure is hosted by OVH (France, European Union).
Intellectual property
The HORRA trademark, the domain name horra.music, as well as all the elements making up the Site (structure, texts, graphics, logos, visual identity, illustrations, sound elements, code) are the exclusive property of HORRA or its partners, and are protected under the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of HORRA, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable in particular under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The other trademarks, names and logos cited on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned for information purposes only.
Personal data
HORRA acts as data controller for the personal data collected via the Site and the Application. The terms of collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal data, as well as the applicable legal bases, are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés"), you have, in particular, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.
